About This Role
Copa Airlines, the Hub of the Americas carrier, is seeking experienced B737 MAX Captains to lead their modern fleet operations. The airline operates one of the youngest and most modern fleets in the Latin American region and is committed to air safety and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a minimum of 5,000 total flight hours with 1,000 hours PIC on transport category aircraft exceeding 100 passengers, along with an ATP license and unrestricted First-class medical certificate. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate B737 MAX aircraft on scheduled routes
- Ensure air safety and compliance with regulations

Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license
- Unrestricted First-class medical certificate
- Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time

- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5
- B737 MAX type rating
- Valid ID or passport
- Updated logbook sealed by Aviation Authority
- Eligible to work in Panama
