About This Role
BJA – Business Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain for Cessna C525 (CJ2) aircraft based in Berlin, Germany. The company is a growing German business jet operator specializing in charter flights across Europe for private and corporate clients. Candidates must hold an EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL credit, a valid Class 1 Medical, and a minimum of 1,700 total flight hours with an EU work permit and valid EU passport. Duties & Responsibilities
- Command Cessna C525 series aircraft (CJ2) on charter flights
- Ensure safe, reliable, and customer-oriented flight operations
- Ensure compliance with all EASA, AOC, and company regulations
- Professional and confident interaction with passengers, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct pre-flight checks and crew briefings
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of flight operations
- Demonstrate exemplary CRM and safety mindset

Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL(A) credit
- Minimum 1,700 hours total flight time
- Class 1 Medical Certificate
- C525 Type Rating (preferred but not mandatory)
- MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) qualification
- Advanced UPRT (Upset Prevention and Recovery Training)
- Valid EU passport
- EU work permit
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Valid driving license
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Customer-focused attitude
