Jet Aviation is hiring a Captain to operate a Global Express XRS in an elite private-aviation setting in Thermal, California. The Captain assumes full responsibility for safe, secure and efficient flight operations, leads the professional crew, manages domestic and worldwide missions, adapts to changing conditions, and delivers discreet, high-quality service to discerning clients. The position combines operational leadership and regulatory compliance with brand-ambassador responsibilities, representing Jet Aviation's values of trust, honesty, alignment and transparency while maintaining exceptional safety, service and quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take command of all assigned flights and make critical decisions that ensure compliance with federal, local and company regulations.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the Global Express XRS systems, operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to provide a seamless travel experience.
- Perform the TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) function under the applicable Twelve Five standard security program or private charter standard security program, conduct passenger safety briefings or assign them to the second in command, support open communication about safety issues, report hazards, and maintain a secure operating environment.
- Record and report aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
- Manage trip documentation, aircraft manuals and accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Serve as the face of Jet Aviation, demonstrate professionalism, deliver exceptional service, travel worldwide, and represent the company's commitment to excellence.

Requirements
- Required qualifications include an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical
- 3,500 hours of total fixed-wing time
- 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
- 1,500 hours of multi-engine time
- 500 hours of turbo-jet time
- 500 hours of turbine time
- 100 hours of night time
- and 75 hours of simulated instrument time. The candidate must be able to work a variable schedule for flight missions, travel extensively worldwide without restrictions, hold a high school diploma, and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
