About This Role
Captain (Pilot in Command) position at Anderson Air, a full-service aircraft management company providing executive charter services for its owners, based in Richmond, British Columbia (hybrid). The Captain operates a Learjet 75 on CAR 604 private non-revenue and CAR 704 charter revenue non-scheduled domestic and international passenger flights. This is a full-time Flight Operations role responsible for the safe conduct of each flight, regulatory compliance, and leading the flight crew.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the safe conduct of each flight, ensuring the highest level of safety for passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
- Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures, including those outlined in the operations manual.
- Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for both 604 (Private, non-revenue) and 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights.
- Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals.
- Provide clear guidance, instructions, and support to the flight crew, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and dispatch, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements
- 3000 Hours Total Time minimum
- 1000 Hours Jet Time
- 250 Hours PIC Jet minimum
- Transport Canada ATPL
- Jet experience
- Corporate aviation experience
- Ability to travel outside Canada
- Ability to work in Canada
