About This Role
Ponderosa Aviation is seeking experienced Air Attack pilots for wildfire suppression and Air Ambulance pilots. The Air Attack pilot role requires 1500 hours total time and 1200 PIC, with specific experience in mountainous terrain. The company provides training time in the AC-690 for Air Attack pilots.

- Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Class
- Instrument Rating
- 1500 hours total time
- 1200 hours Pilot-in-Command total
- 200 hours Multi-Engine Airplane PIC
- 100 hours Fixed wing PIC in past 12 months
- 500 hours Cross Country PIC
- 200 hours Mountainous terrain PIC
- 100 hours Night PIC
- 50 hours Instrument - in flight PIC
- 75 hours Instrument - actual/simulated
- Time in AC-690 will be provided by Ponderosa during training.
