About This Role
Lufthansa City Airlines seeks experienced First Officers for a fast-track upgrade to Captain on A320 aircraft. Based in Munich with expansion to Frankfurt in 2026. Requires 4,500 hours total on CS-25 aircraft and EASA ATPL, with A320 type rating preferred.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A) license
- Valid A320 Type Rating preferred
- Minimum 4,500 hours total flight time on CS-25 aircraft
- Valid Medical Class I Certificate
- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife or equivalent)
- EU citizenship or unrestricted residence and work permit
- Passport with unlimited validity (no stricter entry restrictions than EU passport)
- Confident verbal and written English language skills (minimum ICAO Level 4)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to contribute to company culture and growth
