About This Role
SriLankan Airlines, the national flag carrier of Sri Lanka, is recruiting Direct Entry First Officers for its A320 and A330 fleet, based in Katunayake, Sri Lanka. The position begins as a one-year fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for absorption into the permanent cadre based on satisfactory performance. Applicants must already hold current A320 or A330 type endorsements, and eligibility is open exclusively to Sri Lankan citizens.
Requirements
- Direct Entry First Officers with Type Endorsements A320 or A330
- Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with IR
- Current Type Rating A320 or A330
- Flying experience: a minimum total of 2000 hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kilograms (e.g., jet aircraft such as the A320 or equivalent or higher), with 500 P2 hours on type (A320 or A330) or a combination of A320 and A330
- The License and Class 1 Medical must be current and under one Authority
- ICAO ELP Level 4 and above
- Open exclusively to Sri Lankan citizens
