About This Role
Airbus Transport International (ATI), Airbus's in-house airline, is hiring a First Officer to fly the A330-743L BelugaXL from the Transport Directorate based in Toulouse, France. The aircraft carries Airbus industrial components between the group's production plants and final-assembly sites, and the First Officer assists the captain in flight preparation, BelugaXL flight operations, and ground operations. It is a permanent, full-time role that involves worldwide travel. Airbus is opening two of these positions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the captain in flight preparation
- Assist the captain during BelugaXL flights and ground operations
- Ensure the safety and quality of in-flight operations for the logistics supply chain

Requirements
- Full Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL(A))
- Valid A330/A350 type rating
- Minimum 5000 total flight hours, including 1000 hours on CS-25 aircraft and 500 hours on Airbus Fly-By-Wire aircraft
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
- French at ICAO level 6 equivalent (read, written, spoken)
- English at FCL.055 level 4 minimum, valid
- Strong emotional control
- Able to adapt to and integrate with any crew, with the ability to manage conflict constructively
- Able to recognise one's own mistakes and potential weaknesses
- Able to work in a team
- Good communication
