About This Role
Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group, is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Buzz airline operation based in Poznan, Poland. This entry-level position requires no prior cabin crew experience, as comprehensive training is provided free of charge. Candidates must be between 157cm and 188cm tall, able to swim 25 meters, and hold unrestricted right to work in Poland and the EU. Requirements
- Height between 157cm (5'2") and 188cm (6'2")
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Poland
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Ability to travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network
- Flexible and adaptable to shift roster work
- Willing to work early starts (from 5:00 AM) and late nights (until midnight)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
