About This Role
Airshare, one of the fastest growing and most financially stable private aviation companies in the USA, is seeking experienced Second in Command pilots for their Phenom 300 fractional operations across all Airshare markets. With over 24+ years serving customers through revolutionary fractional programs, Airshare maintains the strictest hiring standards and holds IS-BAO Stage 3 designation and ARGUS Platinum rating. Candidates need a minimum of 900 total fixed-wing flight hours with 25 multi-engine hours, a Commercial Pilot License, and ability to obtain a First Class Medical Certificate. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of complex and dynamic Phenom 300 aircraft operations
- Collaborate with crew members to provide safe and efficient air transportation
- Perform duties as Second in Command on fractional flights
- Support innovation to meet growing business demands

Requirements
- Four-year college degree
- Minimum 900 hours total fixed-wing flight time
- Minimum 25 hours multi-engine time
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Ability to obtain First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid U.S. Passport
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Pass instrument competency check in assigned aircraft category
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Currently actively instructing as CFI
- No time in type required
